Book Club
Book club meets once a week and, as a group, students read through a chapter book with our media specialist, Ms. Gross. During book club, students work on building comprehension and fluency skills. After they have finished reading the book, students go on a field trip that relates to the story. This year book club is for 5th graders.
During the 2023-2024 school year, book club read Hidden Figures and visited the planetarium at Francis Marion University.
