Dear Parents and Students,

I am grateful and excited to be the school counselor at McCormick Elementary School this school year.

My position as a school counselor provides me with opportunities to help students emotionally, socially, and academically.  

Parents, I am also available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about the McCormick Elementary School Guidance Department.   

My educational background has equipped me with the skills and experience necessary for my role, as I have received specialized training in counseling. I earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master's Degrees from Francis Marion University and completed my Educational Specialist Degree in School Counseling at the University of South Carolina.

I believe that knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, combined with a genuine concern for children's well-being, will lead them on the road to a productive and successful life.
