Hello Everyone,

My name is Mrs. Rita Davis. I am a lifelong resident of Marion County and  I have been employed by Marion County School District for over 24 years. This is my second year as the Assistant Administrator at Success Academy, and  I'm looking forward to a great year of discovery and possibilities, as we welcome all of our students. I am proud to be a member of a team that focuses on the whole child, not only through academics, but by building meaningful realtionships that support students  socially and emotionally.  As part of my vision of student learning, I will do my best to ensure that all students are afforded the opportunity to actively participate in challenging and engaging experiences that help them become productive, responsible citizens.  In order for this goal  to be a success, we need open communication.  Please know that I am here for everyone and don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns,  or celebrations you might like to share.
