My name is Mrs. Rita Davis. I have been a lifelong resident of Marion County and have worked for the Marion County School District for over 27 years. This year, I am excited to be the Assistant Principal at Success Academy. I am looking forward to a year filled with discoveries and possibilities as we welcome all our students.

I am proud to be part of a team that prioritizes the well-being of the whole child, focusing not just on academics, but also on building meaningful relationships to support students socially and emotionally. As part of my vision for student learning, I am committed to providing all students with challenging and engaging experiences that will help them become productive, responsible citizens.
