Mrs. Maribeth Osborn

I was born and raised for the first 12 years of my life in Amsterdam, NY.  I then relocated with my parents to Woodstock, GA until I was 17.  Another relocation with Mohawk Carpet brought us to Dillon, SC and Dixiana Mill.  I graduated from Dillon High School in 1988 and entered Francis Marion College in pursuit of my teaching degree. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education in 1992 and took a position in Dillon as a Teaching Assistant.  I married Jeff Osborn in 1993 and began my career in teaching Special Education at Gordon Elementary and fell in love with the new turn my career had taken.  Over the last 26 years, I have taught in Dillon, Latta, and Marion in Special Education from ages 4-21, received my Master's Degree in Divergent Learning, had two beautiful daughters, served on various committees and boards, and enjoyed life!

My philosophy is "Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart."
