I teach Academic Enrichment at Marion High School for grades 9^th to 12^th. I also Coach varsity soccer team.

Building relationships is an essential component of my personal teaching style. I believe that students need to feel comfortable working, exploring, taking risks, and learning in an environment conducive to learning. I want my students to consider my classroom as a second home. I take the time to build interpersonal relationships with each of my students, because I respect them as individuals and I am concerned about their overall well-being, not just their academic success. I encourage and facilitate relationship-building interactions among the students in my class.
