Welcome to 4th Grade.  I am absolutely honored to be teaching at Creek Bridge STEM Academy. My passion is being able to help children reach their fullest potential through making learning engaging and hands-on. 

I love being a lifelong learner and continuously challenging myself to learn more. I have earned degrees from the following universities: East Carolina University, Anderson University, and Liberty University. I have served in varied roles within this profession. I have been an elementary school teacher, Gifted and Talented teacher, and coached high school tennis. 

Last year, my family and I relocated to Little River.  I am so excited to be closer to home.  I was born and raised in Southport, North Carolina.  I have taught in Charlotte-Mecklenburg and Rock Hill. I love spending time on the beach in my free time.  I have three amazing children that keep me busy. My family and I enjoy attending any and all athletic events.  I must say that we love our Tar Heels and Seahawks!

I truly believe every child has amazing gifts and I look forward to helping them uncover their gifts this year.
