Hi! 

My goal for Physical Education in the 2022-2023 school year is to incorporate health and wellness into everyday life. Our students will learn how to practice physical activity wherever they go, no matter their resources. I hope to accomplish this by ensuring their understanding throughout each class. 

Throughout this school year, we have completed; Fitnessgram (cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, body composition, and flexibility), individual tossing/catching, partner tossing/catching, and bowling. 

We are currently working on step-aerobics.
