Mrs. Vishnubhotla
Greetings,
Name/Education: My name is Naga Vishnubhotla and I am honored and humbled to be a Resource teacher at Mullins High School. I earned my Masters in English Literature and Bachelors in Math. I also earned my Bachelors of Education in Math(BEd-Math) as well as in Special Education(BEd-Special Education). I have earned a Certification in Literacy course from University of South Carolina. I have been in teaching since the age of 21 as a High School Math teacher and later as a Middle and High school Special Education teacher. I have also gained experience to teach Adult Education students during my walk of teaching and learning.
Teaching Job: Since my childhood I started teaching neighborhood kids. After a while my passion on teaching became my profession. Initially, I started teaching High School Math; as Math is my strongest subject. Later, I began to teach for a Resource Classroom. I serve now in several capacities as a Team Leader as well as a Special Educator.
My Philosophy: I believe that every student is an individual and they have their own strengths. If a teacher is patient, give some wait time, motivate students towards success, extremely understand individual needs and able to accept individual differences he or she can be a successful teacher.
