Child Find Information
Marion County School District offers free Child Find Screenings to help identify children who may need additional support in their early development. These screenings are designed to assess a child's vision, hearing, speech and language, as well as their developmental and academic progress.
Who is eligible?
Screenings are available for children ages 2 years, 5 months and older who reside in Marion County and are not currently enrolled in public school. This includes children who are:

Homeschooled

Attending private schools

Enrolled in day care centers

Screenings are conducted by trained professionals
