Located in the Marion County School District Central Service Office, the Student Records Department stores many years of inactive student records for individuals who attended school in Marion County School District. We are located at 719 North Main Street, Marion, SC 29571.
If you are in need of your school records for any reason, please read all of the instructions below. Please note that wedo not store records for private/community schools in Marion County.

How to Request a Transcript/School Records
1. You can now submit your request online! Click one of the following links to get started:
Transcript Pick-up- If you would like to pick-up your transcript after it's processed, select "pick-up" on the request form. You will receive an email notification when your transcript is ready for pick-up. A transcript will not be released to anyone except the student, unless appropriately requested in writing by the student.

Allow a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) business days to process your request. This processing time may be shorter or longer depending on the volume of requests.
If you graduated or withdrew from school within the last two (2) to five (5) years, check with the last school to see if your records are still available from there before submitting a request to the Records Department. The Records Department stores older, inactive records, but these dates vary per school.
MCSD Adult Education Graduates
Complete a Transcript Request Form and indicate the Adult Education graduation year on the form.
